Robert Greenlee

Robert V. (“Robbie”) Greenlee is a partner of the Whitfield Law Group, PLLC located in Flowood, Mississippi.

Mr. Greenlee is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Greenlee obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 1998, and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, at the Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi in 2002.

While at MC School of Law, Mr. Greenlee received the Mississippi Bar Award in the Business Law Section and the American Jurisprudence award for counseling and negotiation. He also served on the Moot Court Board, received the Best Advocate Award in the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition and also received two scholarships for academic excellence.

Mr. Greenlee has practiced for over 15 years in both Mississippi and Louisiana and has obtained millions of dollars in recovery for his clients as a result of settlement or verdict. Mr. Greenlee has a proven track record of success on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Greenlee represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court cases involving general negligence, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, contract disputes, qui tam litigation, and employment discrimination.

Mr. Greenlee is originally from Monroe, Louisiana and now lives in Brandon, Mississippi with his wife Sommer Greenlee and their two young children.

April 2018 – Robbie won summary judgment in an employee contract case. All claims were dismissed with prejudice.
April 2017 – Robbie obtained an $840,000 award in a FINRA arbitration on behalf of investors who were defrauded by their financial advisor.
February 2017 – Tommy and Robbie won a jury verdict in an employee discrimination and retaliation case in U.S. District Court. The jury dismissed all claims.
